Our customers include collecting societies, major and independent music publishers and digital service providers such as Facebook, Mixcloud and Soundcloud. We work to help ensure composers and songwriters are compensated accurately and fairly for the use of their Works.

We are looking for a strong leader who is responsible for the development of operational teams and provision of copyright services to ICE's customers under Service Level Agreements.
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of operational business services to existing ICE customers
  • Continue the process of building a mature copyright organization in Berlin
  • Improve the copyright service together with the service delivery team and the ICE customers incl. SLA achievement, forecasting and service analysis
  • Lead the implementation of our new Copyright System
  • Progressively improve productivity, quality and efficiency together with the team managers
  • Help to create a Copyright Operations roadmap based on the ICE company strategy and ensure alignment with other departments
  • Provide leadership to the operational teams
  • Planning and scheduling of workload over rolling 12 months period using information received from customers
  • Provide insight in Cost of Sales follow up and analysis
  • Analysis and action on delivery against baseline and contracted service levels
  • Responsible for operational implementation of strategy and corporate plans
  • Budget responsibility


  • Proven operational manager, experience of operating and delivering services under contracted performance SLA’s
  • Experience in challenging established practices and delivering creative solutions to complex business problems
  • Experience with working internationally including the management and delivery of services in a multi-lingual environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to co-operate
  • Highly-developed people management and problem-solving skills
  • Communicative, able to present information clearly in written and spoken form
  • Result orientated, structured methodical approach to decision making whilst under pressure, good organisational skills
  • Availability to travel occasionally across Europe is required
