The Talent Acquisition Manager is a newly created position. It oversees filling job positions with the right candidates. They will work with our Business Partners to ensure that the company is attracting the top talent. You are a crucial member of the People and Culture Team and acts as a dedicated ambassador to promote ICEs values and culture.  Committed to displaying role model behaviours to celebrate the ICE brand and reputation whilst encouraging others to do the same and demonstrating constructive actions to remove non-adherence to ICE values.

You are responsible for:

  • Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality recruitment, interviewing, and selection for both external candidates and internal
  • Leverage networks, by active sourcing and highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors
  • Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the relevant job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements
  • Assist in improving the interview skills for hiring managers, to follow best practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle
  • Articulate and understand the essence of the open positions, conduct interviews, eliminate bias and make best hiring decisions based on company values
  • Manage external recruiting sources
Employer Branding
  • Creatively enhance employer brand both internally and externally
  • Promote the company’s recruitment through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking and marketing events
  • Market corporate culture and employee experience
  • Develop outreach efforts to support affirmative action goals

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a recruiter
  • You have relevant experience recruiting technical roles and have strong passion for active sourcing
  • Experience conducting both formal and informal interviews
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms
  • Ability to organize skills assessment
  • Energy and persuasiveness - you enjoy the challenge to find and convince the ideal candidate
  • Effective communication skills in English (C2 level); German is a big plus
